Signatures in forms?

Hello! A colleague mentioned your company and I'm checking things out. We are a luxury travel agency and currently use DocuSign for our form needs. In particular, can you please address if adding signatures to forms is an option? If it is, do the collected signatures have authentication? That is to say, would they be recognized in a court of law, in case we ever have an issue with a client?

E-signatures are legally binding on almost all countries and states, but we still recommend consulting with your lawyer.

Since you're already using DocuSign which according to their website is "legally binding around the globe", you can use JotForm's DocuSign Widget to collect signatures through your forms with DocuSign.
