Paypal Integration

    Hello, I am getting an error saying that our PayPal account is inactive. Even though I have verified that it is active. Can you please assist? See the below message I am receiving:

    Hello,

    Could you tell us which form you are referring to?

    If you set up payments via paypal to receive payments you have to put the form in active mode- you have to turn OFF the Sandbox mode under Additional Gateway Settings.

    May I ask, did you create a Sandbox account for your form or are you using your real account?

    Please let us know more details and try reconnecting the Integration.

    Thank you for getting back to me. I did find a sandbox "demo": account that
    they provided. I just want to clarify that when I set the form to go live
    and use my actual paypal email that it should work? As I can't test it with
    the actual account info for PayPal.
