Your server comes with different types of user roles – each of these have a specific role, level of access, and impact on seat usage. In this article, we’ll go over user types and seat limits, so you can make sure the right people have the right access.
Types of Users:
- Admin: This type of user has no restrictions—they can access the Admin Console, create and manage forms, tables, and other resources.
- User: This type of user can create and manage forms owned by them, as well as any assets that are owned by a Team they’re a member of.
- Guest User: This type of user can be assigned forms and apps, but don’t take up a user seat.
To help you quickly distinguish between these roles and their impact on your subscription, the following table provides a side-by-side comparison of key permissions and seat requirements.
