LAA staff needed to accept applications, screen applicants for eligibility, and approve funds for thousands of people before the deadline.

LAA used Jotform Enterprise to digitize and automate the rental assistance application process. Using Jotform, they were able to screen and sort clients efficiently and provide assistance more quickly to families that needed it.

By speeding up the application screening process, staff was able to distribute all $2 million of the grant funds in the six-month time frame, doubling the number of families that received assistance compared to the number they could have served using paper forms and phone calls.
