How to reset the password

If you need help resetting your password, we can help by sending you a link to reset it.


In order to get the link you need to:
1. Visit Jotform's Website
2. Click on Login button.
3. Click on Forgot Password?
4. Enter either the email address or username
5. Click on Send Reset Instructions button.
6. Check your inbox for a password reset email 
7. Click on the URL provided in the email and enter a new password


If you're having trouble resetting your password or can’t sign in to your account, contact us in Support Forum so we can assist you.

    I got your latest message with instructions on how to reset my password. I have done this several times now. The first several times I did it nothing happened and then I started getting emails to reset the password with links that would not work because they said they were expired.

    JotForm was used by Online Governor We need to renew JotForm for Online Governor. Please advise re terms and conditions of previous Online Governor and type ofcontract also account details so we can continue to use JotForm for client contact. Do I havw to create a new caccount.

    I immediately click on the link and it says it's expired. I click on it the second it comes through and it says it's expired. Please help.

    I've selected "forgot password" and it says reset instructions have been sent, but it's been several minutes. I need to quickly reset the password for my coworkers before I leave town, are the emails automatic? I'm worried they won't have access while I'm away because the email is taking so long.

    I have been trying to reset my password with no success. By the time the link appears in my mailbox the link is expired. I have been trying to submit a support ticket but it just idles on "please wait." Please help me resolve this!

    Hi I can't tell if I have an account or not. I had a kid create my website years ago and I know he used jotform on my site in the past. I am creating a new website and thought of using jotform again. I entered my email address for "forgot password" because while trying to create a new account I was told I could not use my email address, so I thought it was in use. Needless to say, I never received an email to reset my password. Can you help?
