Every account on Jotform has a registered email address. All of the emails related to your account go to that email address. What if you need to change that email address? How can you do it? Let’s see:
- Hover on your profile picture at the top right corner of the window.
- Click on your name.
- You’ll see your registered email address at the bottom of the profile page, click on Edit.
- Add the new email address and click Save.
Depending on your account’s settings (i.e., HIPAA accounts), you may get a confirmation email to verify your new email address. If you do get one, please make sure to verify it.
You can change your email address in this method. You will receive all emails about your account to your new email address.
