フォームをウエブサイトに埋め込む方法を教えてください

フォームをウエブサイトに埋め込むことができません．

表示された以下のコードを埋め込みしてみましたがエラー表示になってしまいました．

iframeコードも埋め込みしてみましたがエラーでした．

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
• Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code. If the Souce Code didn't work, please consider using the iFrame code.
• That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.
