アカウントがロックされました

    PC1でログイン中でPC2で利用できないと案内メッセージがありましたのでPC1でログアウトしたら、そのままアカウントがロックされました。

    解錠お願いします。

Please note that we only offer a one-time login for guest accounts. Resetting passwords for guest account users is not possible. You need to sign up for a free account so that you could have a regular account with us. If you have a regular account on Jotform, please share the username or the email address linked to it so that I could further investigate.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hello MIMARU,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I have checked the account under the username ''h.ueno.ui4637' and it seems that the account is active and has 1 form. I went ahead and cleared the form cache and flashed login attempts to make sure you can log in without having any problem. Could you please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies then log in to Jotform again via Google? If that does not work, please try using a different browser.

    Unfortunately, we still could not log in via google. We try in other browser, however, the account still blocked.
