To reset your Jotform account password
- Go to the Login page and select Forgot Password.
- Enter your username or email, then select Send Reset Instructions.
- Check your email for the password reset instructions.
- Select Reset Password provided in the email.
- Enter your new password, then select Create a New Password.

Hi I can't tell if I have an account or not. I had a kid create my website years ago and I know he used jotform on my site in the past. I am creating a new website and thought of using jotform again. I entered my email address for "forgot password" because while trying to create a new account I was told I could not use my email address, so I thought it was in use.
