I have reset my password, and I am still receiving the message "You have reached login attempt limit. Please try again in a few hours.". We have an event, and I must access the account to retrieve registration.
My account is still locked after resetting my password; please advise?

I am trying to factory reset my password on Jotform Enterprise and I am not receiving an email to allow me to reset the password.
Forced password reset is horrible
I'm trying to log on. I enter my password, am taken to a 2FA screen, but the email with the code takes longer than the 90 seconds allotted to enter the code. I've tried three times.
Please I have been trying to log into my Jotform account and it’s been saying account suspended. Please what could have happened and how can I resolve this. Kindly treat this as urgent
I reset my password & then tried to log-in and got the log-in failed suspended error. Why is my login suspended? How long will it be suspended? I need to access the applications that were submitted today.

I haven't got a password reset - I am using gmail login. Help! Nothing happens when I log in, it just goes back to the start!
Please advise on how to unlock account. Accidentally locked our account, too many failed attempts. I did steps above and received the error message "too many requests" when I tried to submit the password reset. No emails have come through.
Please fix as soon as possible.

I logged in with my email account on Google yesterday and today I was trying to build some forms and every few minutes it would ask for me to log in. I then tried to log in and it said I already had an account. I tried to reset password and have not received anything yet. PLEASE HELP!

Hi further to above the issue is we don't know which email address or user name he used to access the account so we can password reset. We know we have an account but don't know which user name or email address was used.

This process was not working Friday and it is not working today. I was sent a link after hours on Friday and it expired. Can you send the link to reset the password?
I went through this process already but it is not allowing me to reset the password. the button to create new password does not work when I get to that screen. I believe this is because I originally created the account by logging in with my google account and now that I'm HIPAA compliant, it doesn't let me.

I have tryed several Times to reset the password, but always get the messege that the time expired, how can you help me with this?
I got your latest message with instructions on how to reset my password. I have done this several times now. The first several times I did it nothing happened and then I started getting emails to reset the password with links that would not work because they said they were expired.
Jotform was used by Online Governor We need to renew Jotform for Online Governor. Please advise re terms and conditions of previous Online Governor and type ofcontract also account details so we can continue to use Jotform for client contact. Do I havw to create a new caccount.

I've selected "forgot password" and it says reset instructions have been sent, but it's been several minutes. I need to quickly reset the password for my coworkers before I leave town, are the emails automatic? I'm worried they won't have access while I'm away because the email is taking so long.

Hi I can't tell if I have an account or not. I had a kid create my website years ago and I know he used jotform on my site in the past. I am creating a new website and thought of using jotform again. I entered my email address for "forgot password" because while trying to create a new account I was told I could not use my email address, so I thought it was in use. Needless to say, I never received an email to reset my password. Can you help?
