Are there any more updates for this? It seems Facebook requires much more stringent applications now that aren't covered by this article.

I receive this message when I try to complete my form on my facebook page.....why?
Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

After I copy App ID, where I must put it?

Seems like the integration works, but when I read the email / submissions, there is no data in the fields that are coming from Facebook.

Any ideas? The fields are just blank.
