  • What is an NPS® tool?

    Net Promoter Score (NPS®) is an indicator of how likely your customers are to recommend your services or products. NPS tools measure NPS through surveys or other software.

  • What are promoters, passives, and detractors in relation to NPS®?

    Promoters are customers who scored favorable NPS® results — a 9 or 10. Promoters are most likely to advocate for your brand or product. Passives are customers that scored around a 7 or 8 — rating your product or brand well, but not above and beyond. And last, detractors are customers who have scored anything below a 6. These types of customers usually have had a negative experience or outlook on your company. Detractors aren’t afraid to rate your brand or product poorly and should be approached with understanding and caution.
