How to Password Protect Your Form

By enabling password protection, you can safeguard your forms and control who interacts with them. This is particularly useful for forms with limited-time promotions, internal processes, or exclusive events.

To enable password protection

  1. In the Form Builder, go to Settings at the top.
  2. Select Show More Options.

  1. Turn on Password Protection and enter your desired password.

In case you forgot your form password, navigate back to Password Protection and select Reset Password.

Once configured, your form will require the password to view.

How to Password Protect Your Form Image-1

If you change the password while someone is filling out your form, the form will show an “Invalid Password” message.
