What to do if you have forgotten the password?
I find it crazy that the admin of the account can't disable the client-facing password without first knowing the password.
The form is currently rendered useless

Hi Rob,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can retrieve the form password by logging in to the Jotform account of the form owner. Go to the My Forms page, Edit the form. Now go to Settings > Form Settings > Password protection. Here you can view the password and change it.
