Cancel subscription

Добрий день, підкажіть, будь ласка, я робила платну підписку саме на місяць, та мені раніше казали що вона не буде автоматично продовжуватись, і сьогодні мені прийшов запит на списання коштів, чому так? Мені поки немає потреби продовжувати платну підписку, чи можливо повернутись до безплатної як мені раніше і писали?

Thanks for waiting. We heard word from our Billing Team that the subscription has been canceled and your account is now back on the Starter plan; thus, terminates the autorenewal.
