If you need to check your invoices or subscription and payment history, you can view them from your account’s billing page.
To check your invoices
- Go to Account Billing.
- Next, if you have an active subscription, select View under Details.
Otherwise, scroll down past the pricing section, then select View Invoices > View.
Note: VAT ID is added upon request if the initial payment or invoice does not have it. Reach out to Jotform Support for any billing-related concerns.

I can't claim VAT in the UK in $USD. Any way you can convert your invoicing before it reaches me?

At this time we have not received anything in regards to our Jotform payment, which we pay with a School credit card. If someone would contact me, I would appreciate it so very much.
Could you pleased forward to the invoice to ***. This way, I will be able to take the invoice to our Central Office and have the payment sent to you all.
