Usage limit reached

    Добрий день. В мене не оновився мій щомісячний ліміт на мою форму для заявки. Минулого місяця все було добре, а цього місяця форма чомусь недоступна.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Ukrainian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Ukrainian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your issue. I have checked the issue and all limits are within range and all of your forms are accessible. The monthly limits reset on the first day of each month. I have cleared your form caches on our back end, so go ahead and log out then clear your browser caches then log back in to your Jotform account and try to access your form again.
