Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we don't have Ukrainian Support. I will be answering your inquiry in the English language. Once your form is filled out and submitted it will go to your submission. Let me walk you through it;

1. Open My Forms and select the form with the entries you want to view.
2. Click the Submissions button in the top toolbar.

You’ll be redirected to Jotform Tables where the entries are listed.

You can also manage your form submissions by opening the form’s More menu and clicking Submissions in My Forms.
