Does making test submission to my form count against my submission limit?

As for your question, are you referring to your submission limit? If so, all test submissions you make to your form will be counted against your total submission limit. Please take note that for Starter Plan, you have a 100 submission limit per month and a 500 total submission limit that you can store in your account and this would get reset on the first day of every month.
