Regarding your question, are you referring to the Enterprise Team Feature or what? Could you please take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

If you are referring to the Jotform Teams Feature, where you can create shared workspaces for different teams within your organization, this option is available only with the Enterprise Plan, where you can let your team members create forms, tables, reports, and apps to work collaboratively online. Set different roles and permissions to stay in control of your data. To find out the exact cost of the Enterprise plan, you will just need to send a request to our sales team from here, and they'll reach out to you with more information.
