Submissions limit did not reset

Але чому не обнулились ліміти? Мені казали раніше що ліміти обнуляються після платного використання та якщо видалити відповіді, це не так????

This is in response to the other concern you raised here. You may consider deleting submissions in the Trash via the Jotform tables. I can still see entries in your Trash folders for Форма and Форма Софт forms.

• In Jotform Tables, click on the three vertical dots icon on the main Submissions tab.
• Click the Trashed entries option.

• Select the submission/s you want to delete or tick on Select All.
• Click the Delete Forever button.

Just be mindful that this process cannot be undone. In case you still need them in the future, please make a backup copy of your Submission Data. Here are different guides on how to do it:

Дякую, а чому не обнулився ліміт на відповіді? Я ж до цього дня використовувала платну підписку. Я зараз не можу отримувати відповіді на тест?

Thanks for getting back to us. Currently, you are in a Starter plan. Please note that the Starter plan has a 100 submission allotment which is the total number of entries/responses from all forms, which an account can receive every month. When you hit these monthly limits, you can either wait for the counter to reset which happens on the first day of each month, or upgrade your account to increase your limits. Я знаю який ліміт в місяць на стартовому пакеті, але до цього я була на платному пакеті, та використовувала його ліміт, зараз перейшла на стандарт, але лічильник не обнулився. Скільки я зараз можу отримати відповідей?

Thanks for getting back to us. When you downgrade, the counter will not reset but instead, usage limitations will be applied to your account based on your plan package. The counter will only reset on the first day of next month.
