How to limit the form to be filled out once

Please let me know if and how I can perform the following actions:

1. Make it so that the form can be filled out only once
2. The number of points received by the respondent was calculated
3. The respondent received the result by mail: the number of points received and correct / incorrect answers
4. Along with the letter about passing the quiz, a Word or PDF file was attached

Now, let me help you with your question. You can limit the form to be filled out once by setting up a Unique Submission, or Unique Field. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
• Click on Show More, then scroll down to see the Unique Submission and Unique Field.

The Unique Submission allows you to prevent multiple submission based on Cookies and IP address, while the Unique Field will not allow previously entered values for a specific field. As for your other questions, I've moved them to a new thread. You can check my reply to that on this thread.
