    Якщо у мене є лише 3 форми і всі відповіді на форми були видалені.

    Чому у моєму профілі вказно що використовуваний простір перевищує ліміт?

    Чому я не можу користуватися своїми формами, ажде я не порушую умови безкоштовного пакету.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Ukrainian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and it appears that there are no submissions on it. But there are deleted submissions on trash entries. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. Can you try to purge your deleted submissions? Rest assured, I’m here to help. You can Purge your deleted entries. Let me show you how:

    • On the Jotform Tables page, under the Form tab, click on the Three Dots icon.
    • In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
    • In the window that comes up on the right side of the page, choose the Deleted Submission.
    • Click on Delete Forever and that's it.

    I did all the steps according to your instruction. It was worked.
