Thanks for providing us with the additional information. That helped me understand the concern better. I know a feature in Jotform that was quite useful for surveys that shuffle the questions in a form. You can use the Shuffle Widget to always shuffle the questions to your forms every time they're opened. Let me show you how to do that:

• In your Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the upper left part of the page, select the Widgets tab, search for the Shuffle widget, and add it to your form.

You can also customize the widget so that the other fields will not be shuffled together with the questions.

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your form and can see that you're using a Card layout. The Shuffle widget is currently not available in the card layout. There's no option to shuffle questions in card forms. What you can do is switch to Classic Layout to utilize the Shuffle widget. Here's how:

1. In Form Builder, select the paint roller icon in the upper-right corner to open the Form Designer.
2. In the Form Designer pane on the right, go to Layout at the top.
3. Select Classic Form.
