How to Customize PDF Submissions Report

A PDF Submission Report is typically a PDF file containing your form's submission data. This is also often called a PDF Report.

If you want to customize your PDF Report, the following steps will guide you through the process.

1. While on your MY FORMS page, select a form and click the SUBMISSIONS button.

2. On your form's Submissions Page, click the PDF icon from the top menu then CUSTOMIZE PDF.

3. On the PDF DESIGNER page, you can start customizing your PDF Submissions.

🔘 You can ADD TEXT and ADD IMAGE.

🔘 You can change the font style and the background color on the SETTINGS button.

🔘 You can ADD FIELDS to your PDF, in case you added new fields to your form and they were not automatically added to your report.

🔘 You can also change the text alignment, resize and position them anywhere you want. 

🔘 Make sure to SAVE the PDF after all the changes.

If you want to edit an existing PDF Design in your form, follow these steps:

1. Go back to your MY FORMS page.

2. Select the form you want to edit.

3. Click the REPORTS button at the top menu then the PENCIL icon to edit the PDF DESIGN.

    Thanks, BJoanna. Do you have a download option that works with the Rich Text format box? I don't think Excel is flexible enough to handle bold and italics, plus the spread sheet would be huge since some of our alumn submit 800 words or more and then there are the photos and captions... I'm not sure how to convert a pdf file to text either. Is it possible to download the text to a Goggle doc?

    Yeah....this is not a solution. I have numbered sections and bullets in others. This doesn't allow me to re-format any of that to where it looks even semi-professional. Absolutely terrible.

    The pdf editor is absolutely terrible. Deal breaker.

    My pdf report is all not formatted appropriately. Columns are varying sizes and it seems very scattered. How can I fix this?

    There is no 'PDF' Report listed in my Reports Section. The PDF Customizer is also not working from within the report itself. Adding text - the box is added but you cannot fill text.

    I followed these instructions but cannot figure out how to get my text headings in the form to show up on the pdf report. I see the box where heading should be and clicked on edit icon, but cannot get it to show up, or allow me to retype. If I add a field, it changes form so that questions don't match corresponding answer. Any suggestions welcome.

    I would like to copy one of the fields (for example the name) into each of the pages of the pdf report, without having to make the customer fill their name on every page. is there a way to copy and paste within the pdf report?
