How to Add Google Reviews to Your Website

July 7, 2026

Displaying Google Reviews on your website is one of the most effective ways to build trust with potential customers. Instead of simply telling visitors that your business is great, you can showcase real feedback from real customers directly from your Google Business Profile.

With the Google Reviews widget, it’s simple to embed live, automatically updated reviews on your website even if you don’t have any technical or coding experience. Jotform makes it easy to customize the look and feel of your reviews, choose from different layouts, and seamlessly match the widget to your website’s design.

Before You Begin

Make sure your business already has an active Google Business Profile with at least one review.

Creating and Getting Your Google Reviews Widget Embed Code

To add a Google Review to your website, you’ll first need to customize the widget and get its embed code. Here’s a quick walkthrough:

Creating an embed code for your Google Reviews is pretty simple, so you can add it to your website right away. Here’s how to set it up:

  1. Go to our Google Reviews Widget page and, in the General menu on the left, enter your Business Name or Address in the Source Search bar
  2. Then, select your Google Business Profile from the search results.

Note

You can also paste your Google Maps URL link into the search bar instead of searching for your business name or address. If you’re not sure where to find it, check out Getting Your Google Maps URL Link below.

  1. Now, set up these things:
    • Title — Enter the title you want to display at the top of the widget.
    • Widget Header — Enabled by default. Toggle it off to hide the widget header.
      • Header Title — If Widget Header is enabled, enter a custom title for the widget header.
      • Review Details — If Widget Header is enabled, select or clear the checkboxes to choose which review details, such as Rating and Number of Reviews, are displayed.

  1. Then, scroll down to the Review Fields section and clear the Photo and Name checkboxes if you don’t want them displayed on review cards, or leave them selected to show them.
  2. After that, click on Continue.
