  • What is Chase WePay?

    WePay is a Chase Company that provides online payment solution which can be integrated to different business platforms such as Jotform. It ensures that payment collections are seamless, simple and safe. You can start to collect payments through a WePay payment form right now!

  • How does WePay work?

    Using WePay is easy. All you need is to integrate it with your form and you’re ready to collect payments for your products, services, and even donations. The payments collected will be sent directly to your WePay account and from there, you can transfer the funds to your bank account or may request it to be given as a check.

  • Is WePay secure?

    Yes, it’s totally secure and safe. It uses an encryption technology was well as tokenization to ensure that every transaction is secure.

    Additionally, it is PCI Level 1 compliant, so it adheres to the PCI DSS (Data Security Standard) requirements for keeping payment card data secure.

  • How can I integrate WePay with my form and start accepting payments?

    You can check out our guide on How to integrate WePay with your form for more detailed information. After successfully integrating it with your form, you can then share the form links to your customers and start collecting payments/donations.

  • Are there additional transaction fees when we use WePay with Jotform?

    With Jotform, there are no additional fees to process payments; you simply pay the standard WePay rate.

  • How much does WePay charge?

    WePay charges 2.9% + $0.30 for each processed transaction regardless of the number of sales you complete per month. Note that Jotform only acts as a platform to collect payments. All collected amounts are being sent directly to WePay.

  • Can we set up a recurring payment with WePay?

    Currently, creating subscription-based products are not supported with WePay integration. Here’s what you can do with the current integration:

    1. Sell online products
    2. Sell merchandise
    3. Collect donations online
    4. Let users make a custom payment
  • What currencies are being supported by WePay?

    Currently, you can only accept payments in USD, Euro, and Canadian Dollar.

  • Can we accept international payments with WePay?

    Yes. WePay supports payments made using most domestic and international cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo.

  • Can I process the refunds for a WePay transaction from Jotform?

    No, you can not process refunds via Jotform. All transactions processed with your payment integrated forms should appear on your WePay dashboard. From there, you can easily review transactions and process refunds when necessary.

  • Can you use WePay in the UK?

    U.K. users can now use WePay as well as the same services that WePay users in the U.S. and Canada enjoy.

  • How long does WePay take to process?

    The process typically takes up to two business days. You can see an estimate of when you should expect to see funds in your bank account by clicking on Previous Withdrawals in your payment dashboard.

As of June 2020, the integration with WePay is no longer available.
However, you can still collect payments with our
30+ other payment processors.
