Challenge
Vision-e and its clients were burdened by manual, inconsistent lead-capture processes and a lack of seamless integration into CRM/ERP systems. Field teams resorted to spreadsheets, business cards, and ad-hoc workflows, making rapid follow-up difficult. Internally, Vision-e lacked a unified digital workflow for quotes, documents and customer communication, which hindered efficiency and scalability.
Solution
Vision-e implemented Jotform Enterprise across both its client-facing and internal operations. On the client side, QR codes linked to Jotform forms enabled instant mobile lead capture and automatic syncing into Salesforce and other CRMs. Internally, Vision-e used Jotform to automate quotes, documents and support workflows—bringing greater consistency, visibility and speed to operations.
Results
With Jotform Enterprise in place, Vision-e enabled one customer to boost event-attendee response rates from approximately 10 % to 72 % annually. Data now flows directly from mobile forms into CRM systems, accelerating lead-to-opportunity workflows.
