How to Adjust the Position of an AI Chatbot

Once you embed your AI chatbot (AI Agent) on your web page, it will be immediately become visible to your visitors. You may want to switch the position of your chatbot’s avatar to right or left. You can see below how to do that.

1. Click on “PUBLISH”.
2. Click on “CHATBOT”.
3. AI chatbots are aligned to the right by default. If you want to align it to the left, click “Left”.
4. You will see that you chatbot is aligned to the left.
5. If you didn’t like the positioning, click “Right” and move it back to its original position.
