How to Configure SAML Attributes for OneLogin SSO Prefill

When configuring OneLogin Single Sign-On (SSO), setting up Parameters is a crucial step in your SSO application settings—especially when enabling SSO Prefill in Jotform Enterprise. This process ensures that key user attributes, such as name, email, phone, and other details, are accurately transmitted to your enterprise forms via SSO prefill, streamlining authentication and enhancing user experience.

Configuring SAML Attributes with OneLogin

To configure SAML Attributes with OneLogin

1. In your OneLogin Administration panel, hover to the Applications option from the navigation bar.
2. Select Applications from the dropdown options.
3. Choose the Custom SAML app you created for Jotform Enterprise.

4. Under the Parameters tab on the left panel, click the Plus icon to add more attributes.

5. Enter the Field Name and check Include in SAML assertion from the Flags section. Click Save to proceed.

6. Finally, click the Save button to add the new field.

Setting up the SAML Attribute Mapping in Jotform Enterprise

After configuring the Attributes, these will not appear in your SSO Prefill settings without first adding them through the SAML Attribute Mapping in your Jotform Enterprise Server. Here’s how you can do that:

1. Go to the Settings page of your Jotform Enterprise Admin Console.
2. Scroll to the SAML Attribute Mapping of the SSO Settings and click the Add New Mapping button.

3. Map the attributes you’ve added earlier through the Parameters settings in OneLogin.

4. Click the Save button to save your SAML Attribute Mapping.
5. Now, go back to your SSO Prefill settings. You should now be able to add these new fields.
