Forms can be enabled or disabled individually or in bulk, giving admins full control over their availability across the organization. By enabling or disabling forms as needed, you can ensure that only relevant and approved forms remain active, helping maintain organization, reduce confusion, and prevent unintended submissions. Bulk actions further streamline the process, making it easy to manage multiple forms at once and save time when handling larger updates.
