How to Trash or Restore Agents in Your Organization from the Admin Console

Agents can be trashed or restored individually or in bulk, giving admins full control over their availability across the organization. By removing Agents that are no longer needed or restoring them when necessary, you can keep your workspace organized, reduce clutter, and ensure users have access to the appropriate tools. Bulk actions streamline the process, making it easy to manage multiple Agents at once and efficiently handle larger updates.

How to Move Agents to Trash

  1. In the Admin Console, on the left side of the page, click on Assets.
  1. Then, select AI Agents.

  1. Next, find the agent you want to delete and click on the Three dots icon next to it.
  1. In the menu, select Move to Trash.

  1. Finally, in the pop-up window, click on Yes, Move to Trash to confirm.

Another way to delete a single agent is by using the Move to Trash button above the list. Here’s how:

  1. On the AI Agents Assets page, click the Checkbox on the left to the agent you want to delete.
  1. Then, select Move to Trash at the top of the list.

  1. In the pop-up window, click on Yes, Move to Trash.

Note

Trashed agents remain available for restoration for 30 days. If no action is taken within this period, the deleted asset will be permanently deleted.

Restoring the Trashed Agents

  1. On the AI Agents Assets page, on the right side of the agent that was trashed, click on the Three dots icon.
  1. From the menu, select Restore.

  1. Then, in the pop-up window, click on Yes, Restore.

Another way to restore a trashed Agent is by using the Restore button at the top. Let me show you how:

  1. On the AI Agents Assets page, on the left side of the agent you want to restore, click on the Checkbox.
  1. Then, select the Restore option at the top.

  1. Then, in the pop-up window, click on Yes, Restore.

Moving AI Agents to Trash in Bulk

  1. On the AI Agents Assets page, on the left side of the agent you want to delete, click on the Checkboxes to select them.
  1. Then, at the top of the list, click on the Move to Trash button.

  1. In the pop-up window that comes up, select Yes, Move to Trash.

Restoring AI Agents in Bulk

  1. On the AI Agents Assets page, check the Checkboxes on the left side of the agents you want to restore.
  1. Then, click on the Restore button above.

  1. In the pop-up window, select Yes, Restore to confirm.

Finding Trashed Agents in Your Organization Using Filters

  1. In the Admin Console’s AI Agents Assets page, click on the Filter button on the right side of the Search bar.
  1. Then, click on the Status dropdown menu.

  1. In the dropdown menu, select In Trash to view all the agents that were deleted.
