How to Update the Greeting Message of AI Chatbot

There is a greeting message on embedded AI chatbots (AI agents), which is visible even if the chatbot is closed. You can customize the message any way you want. Here is how:

1. Click on “PUBLISH”.
2. Click on “CHATBOT”.
3. In order to update the greeting text, go to the Greeting section.
4. Click on the existing text and write your personalized message.
5. Your new greeting will immediately appear on the chatbot preview.
