Your organization’s server supports a wide range of app templates, including ready-to-use options like the Store app, as well as fully customizable apps tailored to your needs.
As an admin, you have full control over these applications through the Admin Console. From there, you can monitor usage, enable or disable apps, manage configurations, and oversee server-wide settings to ensure everything runs smoothly and aligns with your organization’s requirements.

Viewing and Managing Apps
- View App: Use this to view the live app.
- View Analytics: Use this to view the app’s analytics.
- Edit App: Click this option to open the app in Builder Mode and make changes to its design, settings, or content.
- View Submissions: View submissions related to the app.
- Disable: Use this to disable the app.
- Enable: Use this to enable the app.
- Archive: Move the app to the archive for storage without deletion.
- Unarchive: Restore an archived app to active status.
- Move to Trash: Use this to delete the app.
- Restore: Recover a trashed app back to active status.
- Purge: Permanently delete the app from the Trash.
Process
Let’s walk through the process of accessing these options together:
- In the Admin Console, click on Assets on the left-hand menu.
- Next, click on Apps to load all apps on your server.
- Now, find the app you’d like to manage and click on the Three dots icon to access the menu.
After accessing the menu, we can start selecting the options. Here’s what you can do:
View App
- In the Three dots menu, click on View App.
- After that, you’ll be brought to the live app. You can add this to your homescreen or continue to navigate it in the browser.
View Analytics
- Select View Analytics option in the menu.
- This is where all of the data about your app lives, including Performance, Traffic, and Notifications. The default date range is the last 30 days, but you can update this to whatever range you’d like.

Edit App
- Click on the Edit App option in the menu.
- After that, you’ll be brought to the App Builder. Here, you can make changes in settings and updates to the app.

View Submissions
- In the menu, select View Submissions.
- After clicking on View Submissions, you’ll be brought to the Tables for the forms on the App. You can view all submissions, filter them, and create new tabs as needed.
Disable
- Select Disable from the Three dots menu.
- After clicking, your assets will be disabled until you manually enable them again

Archive
- In the menu, select Archive.
- Now your app will be stored and will no longer be active, keeping it accessible for future reference without cluttering your main workspace.

Move to Trash
- In the three dots menu, select Move to Trash.
- After deleting the app, it will be moved to the creator’s Trash.

Downloading App Information
On the Apps landing page, you can download a quick overview of app information, including the App ID, owner, and edit and creation dates. Let’s walk through downloading this together:
- In the Apps Assets page, on the right side of the page, click on Download.
- Then, select the type of download you’d like – CSV or Excel.
Filtering Apps
You can easily locate the apps you need by applying filters such as Asset Owner, Status, Last Edited, Date Created, Share Type, or Type.
- In the Admin Console’s Apps Assets page, click the Filter button on the right side of the Search bar.
- Select filters based on your search criteria, and the matching apps will appear automatically.
Asset Owner: Filter apps owned by individual users or those owned by a team.
Status: View apps that are Active, Disabled, In Trash, or Archived.
Last Edit: Filter apps by the date they were last modified.
Date Created: Filter apps by their creation date.
Type: View apps by type: Regular, Store, or Donation.
- Finally, if you want to delete all filters, you can click on Clear All.
Sorting the Apps
To organize your apps by category, just click on the Column Header for the data you want to prioritize.
App Name: Click this header to sort your apps alphabetically. You can switch between A–Z or Z–A.
Status: Use this column to group apps by their current state. Easily see all active, disabled, archived, or trashed apps together.
Type: Sort apps by their type, such as Regular, Store, or Donation.
Submissions: Sort apps by the number of submissions, from most to least or least to most, to track engagement.
Last Edit: Organize apps by the date they were last modified to find recently updated apps quickly.
Date Created: Sort apps by the date they were created, making it easier to find your newest or oldest apps.
