Thank you for contacting JotForm Support. We do apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced.

I checked the form you shared with us and I was not able to replicate the issue that you are mentioning. When I opened the form itself, it loaded almost instantly. When I accessed the Form Builder, it did take maybe 2-3 seconds to load, however, at no point did I have to wait anywhere near 20-30 seconds for the builder to load.

Here is a screen recording of your form loading and the performance metrics shown by the Google Chrome performance tracker for reference:

As you can see, the performance tracker shows that the form loaded within 3.4 seconds on that specific try. I did see numbers as low as 1.5 seconds on my other tests.

I do suggest that you try using a different internet connection or perhaps try on a different browser, to see if the form will loaf faster.
