As 2025 comes to a close, it’s the perfect time to pause and celebrate everything we’ve achieved together this year. Throughout the past 12 months, our driving theme has been efficiency. From product launches to platform expansions to user education, every improvement shared a single purpose: helping you accomplish more while doing less.

Much of this year’s innovation was driven directly by your feedback. You told us what would make your workflows faster, teams collaborate better, and what kinds of automation you wished existed. And we listened. With major new products and integrations, 2025 became a year defined by features that lighten your workload while empowering you to focus on what matters most.

We also recognized the importance of helping customers envision the real-world application of these tools. That’s why we doubled down on resources, from in-depth case studies to expert-led webinars, ebooks, and extensive user education programs, ensuring that organizations of every size from every sector could make the most of our new releases and features. The result? A record-breaking year marked not only by innovation but also by deeper, more accessible learning for everyone.

Jotform Enterprise: Integrations and workflow enhancements

We kicked off the year with Jotform Enterprise for Canva, an integration that makes it easier than ever to add custom forms directly into your designs. With this integration, you can now collect data seamlessly from any Canva project.

Scheduling also became far more intuitive with Jotform Appointments for Jotform Enterprise, our new way to sync availability across Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and Calendly. With true two-way syncing and built-in tools for reminders, deposit collection, and automation, it quickly became one of our most helpful platform additions.

And for customers craving clearer project oversight, Jotform Boards arrived to enhance your task management. Boards connect directly to your forms, workflows, and AI Agents, allowing tasks to auto-generate from any channel — all in one organized, collaborative space. 

To close out the year, we introduced Jotform Notifications — a new experience built to meet you where you already work. Designed for today’s always-on, mobile-first teams, it delivers real-time alerts through the channels users prefer most, including SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, from a single, easy-to-manage hub.

Whether you’re following up with new leads, coordinating patient intake, supporting students, or staying on top of daily operations, Jotform Notifications gives you the flexibility to choose the channel that aligns with your workflow. By providing instant, reliable alerts beyond email, we’re helping customers respond faster, avoid bottlenecks, and ensure every submission gets the attention it deserves. It’s a simple upgrade with a big impact: reducing delays, preventing missed messages, and modernizing the way teams stay connected.

AI became central to the Jotform Enterprise experience

This year marked a major leap forward for Jotform with the launch and rapid growth of Jotform AI Agents. Our customers built agents tailored to their brand voice and processes, then deployed them across Shopify, Gmail, Instagram, WordPress, and Salesforce to handle inquiries, automate tasks, and provide 24-7 customer support.

We also introduced Presentation Agents, which transform simple prompts into dynamic, narrated presentations that answer questions and engage audiences — a refreshing break from traditional slide decks.

Together, these tools make automation more accessible, customizable, and powerful than ever.

Enterprise 2.0 redefined what teams can build

A decade after its debut, Jotform Enterprise received a full redesign with the launch of Jotform Enterprise 2.0. With a more intuitive Admin Console, teams now get clearer oversight, stronger security, and easier management across their entire organization.

A new server-wide template directory and redesigned My Workspace make it simpler than ever to create, organize, and collaborate on forms, apps, workflows, and documents. The Draft & Publish feature removes the stress of updating live forms, while Jotform Insights gives customers meaningful analytics they can act on instantly. And with an AI Assistant supporting both admins and creators, teams have on-demand guidance, smarter automation, and faster ways to build the assets they need.

Celebrating customer creativity and growth

Our Enterprise community continued to amaze us this year with inventive, real-world applications of Jotform Enterprise. Case studies spanning industries demonstrated how organizations use Jotform Enterprise to solve challenges in fresh and impactful ways — from the Financial Times’ process automation to the Latin American Association’s $2 million in grants distributed seamlessly in six months to Anaheim Union High School District reducing registration time by 50 percent.

We also expanded our educational offerings, hosting 26 webinars for more than 20,000 attendees and releasing new webinars and Academy courses to help our customers deepen their skills.

A record-breaking year in numbers

Overall, 2025 brought remarkable growth across our platforms, including

  • More than 720,000 AI Agents built since launch

We also expanded our template libraries dramatically, giving customers an even faster start with 7,000 AI Agent templates and 1,000 Board templates.
