Hello, if for some reason the email change request I just sent is not authorized, I want to be sure that my Paypal account is not used to pay for another year (due 2/16/2025). I tried to change this in "Billing" however the system would not allow me to remove Paypal. Again, this is my personal account so Jotform is not authorized to use it for payment unless the account can be transferred to my gmail account as requested. Thank you.

The email associated with Jotform is either s***n@az***prop***age***s.com.au or i**o@az***rop***age***s.com.au - neither of these are active. I own Azure Property Agents and also paid for the annual subscription. I know a tenant sent through an application last night for Glenorie. Thank you, Alicia

I am having a few issues stupid AI is dumb only supplying answers that it has been fed to spurt out. I have been with jot for years , fully paid up, I used to speak/email with an extremely helpful team that always come back with the answers, now I get the feeling they no longer want me as a customer, in my opinion customer service has sunk to an all time low , thinking of moving on. AI hits a wall as soon as you mention human and simply says somebody will be with you shortly. God knows how long their shortly is they do not say. AI does not respond once you hit that wall.

Hi I filled out a jotform for my daughters dancing, the account signed in sboler11 isn’t my email, the dance school has sent me an email saying I can view my submissions but when I clicked on it it says the account belongs so someone else. We have been trying to get into our Jotform account but have been denied access. The email address is info@onepianoman.com but you may have onepianoman21@gmail.com associated with this account which will need changing. A Jotform message was sent to info@onepianoman.com but we can not access the full content of the message.
