I have asked several times for the email address linked to the account to be changed as this was for an ex employee that we no longer have access to their emails for. The whole thing is a rigmarole. I have filled in the account recovery form with everything asked of me but I guarantee they still will not change it.

I am no longer able to recieve notifications of filled in forms. It keeps saying that my current email is on a 'bounce/block' list, despite me removing it twice myself and AI agent saying it had been removed. I want to change my email address, but in order to verify its me, a code is being sent to my current email address which is blocked! Very frustrating. Please can you help?

I cannot log in and I do not receive any password reset or system emails for this account.
The email address exists, but emails sent by Jotform never arrive (also not in spam).
There seems to be a delivery or authentication issue on the system level.
I kindly ask you to help me recover access to this account or provide an alternative way to regain access, as important forms and automations are stored in it.

I cannot provide ID. However this is the information I have found from last year.....I can find the last invoice number from March 2025 Jotform Inv 1742393042.
