Heroverweging
Voor het besluit van deze heroverweging geldt:
- Dit besluit mag gedeeld worden met de aanvrager,
- Toegekende zaken zijn altijd toegekend voor het in de aanvraag genoemde bedrag, tenzij anders vermeld,
- Toegekende zaken zijn altijd een gift,
- Er wordt rechtstreeks aan de aanbieder betaald, tenzij er vanuit maatwerk anders besloten wordt.
De aanvrager is het niet eens met dit besluit van de heroverweging:
Als de aanvrager het niet eens is met dit besluit, of delen van dit besluit, dan kan de aanvrager bezwaar maken binnen zes weken na de verzenddatum van dit besluit. Dit kan via internet op www.utrecht.nl/bezwaar of per brief aan college van burgemeester en wethouders, postbus 16200, 3500CE Utrecht.
Vermeld uw naam, adres, de datum en de reden waarom u het niet eens bent met het besluit en het telefoonnummer waarop u overdag bent te bereiken. Onderteken uw bezwaarschrift en stuur een kopie van ons besluit mee.
Een bezwaarschrift kunt u niet per e-mail insturen.
