Hello,
On a regular PayPal field, this is the regular process for making a payment. But actually, logging in is not required when the person is redirected to the Paypal page to make payment.
The form user who made a purchase shall be redirected to Paypal to log in or to make payment. But you will notice below it is a button that states that he can make payment using a Debit or Credit card
'
If the person chooses to Pay with Debit or Credit Card, he will be redirected to a new page where he can enter his card details:
If you have questions, please let us know.
Thanks.

Hello,
I see that you can click 'pay with debit or credit card'. But in the pay with credit or debit card page, I am asked to provide paypal user id & password.
Any idea?
Thanks

Your customers are required to create the PayPal account because of your PayPal account settings. I have read some blogs, where it is indicated to enable the "PayPal Account Optional", you can read more about it here:

For more information and help on this, please contact your PayPal support.
