How can I limit submissions?

I don't seem to have the Preferences button on the top toolbar at all. Am i missing something?

The screenshots on the guide where you posted a comment was for the previous Form Builder we had. If your aim is to limit submissions on a form, just click SETTINGS at the top > FORM SETTINGS on the left > FORM STATUS.

If you wish to see the previous Form Builder, you may still toggle back anytime you want to by doing the following:
