Google spreadsheet is not displaying any form submissions

I am trying to execute my form submissions with the Google Spreadsheets Integration tool, but the result is an empty datasheet or a data sheet with not all the form submissions.
Please can you take care of my problem. It is urgent.

I have checked the spreadsheet provided in the post and see that the form submissions are displayed without any issue. Were you able to fix the issue with the Google spreadsheet?
