The forms displaying on lightbox are not responsive

Hello, I already enabled the responsive function here in the control panel, but my lightbox is not responsive, do I need to insert some script to adjust? Please, I need a solution.

The forms displaying on a lightbox were not responsive earlier. However, the issue has been fixed by our team recently and should be working fine. However, if you have injected any CSS code to the form to make the form responsive on lightbox, you may need to remove it. The responsiveness should be effective normally by using the embed code from the publish wizard and no changes required. 

We request you to check your form for any injected CSS code and let us know if the issue still persists. It would be helpful if you can provide us with the web page URL where the form is embedded so that we can take a look.
