Prepopulating a field is not working on my website

I'm trying to prepopulate the distributors ID fileld of a website but not having any luck...
Here is the website:https://www.senegence.com/senegenceweb/CustomerDirectOrdering/Login.aspx?firsttimecustomers:[mydistributor'sid]=231621
Can someone assist? The ID should be 231621

I have checked the provided link of your website and see that there is no Jotform embedded on the web site. Unfortunately, the guide that you are referring to will work with the forms built using Jotform only due to the field names.

You may need to hire a programmer from Upwork or Freelancer websites in order to resolve the issue on your website. If you need any assistance with JotForms, please let us know. We will be happy to assist.
