I am trying to re-organize our forms and folders and I am unable to create a new folder. I have tried using both the "Create New Folder" button on the left side and the "Add New Folder" button from the top when a form is selected and neither appear to be saving my folders. I am able to type the name in and it appears to save, but then I look for the folder and cannot find it. Am I doing something wrong? Is something broken?

Hi,
Can you please try opening your JotForm account in a different browser or in an Incognito Mode and there add a New Folder on your account? I was able to create a New Folder on my account by allowing the blocked pop-ups that appear on the Chrome Browser (Incognito Mode Browsing).
If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser's cache. http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
