Autoresponder is not working for my T-shirt order form. I'm not even receiving the test email. What am I missing?

I have checked your JotForm and see that the Submit button is not visible on the form. As I clone the form to my account, I notice that it is being hidden under the Form collapse tool. Please try removing the Form collapse tool so that the Submit button should be displayed properly on the form.
The email issue is already been addressed on the other thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1209111. We request you to follow-up on that thread if you have any questions with this issue.
