Embedded Forms not displaying properly

    Hi, I keep seeing this error message when I try accessing forms that are embedded on my websites as you can see below. Please assist.

    Hello Desing_marketing,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Based on the screenshot you shared with us, the link will direct the user to your form preview, where logging in to your account is required, instead of your live form. Please try embedding your form using the following JavaScript code:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/212531781175555"></script>

    If the issue persists, I would suggest embedding your form using the iFrame code. This guide will show you how to do that. If that doesn't help, please share the URL where the page is embedded. We can check it out and help you find a solution.

    Hi, the issue with the embedded form has returned. This time it says "The connection was reset", even when I use the iframe code. Links to the pages where my forms are embedded:
