Google spreadsheet is not receiving data except Submission date

KiranAnswered on July 29, 2017 at 11:40 PMJotform SupportPlease let us know if you have made any modifications to integrated spreadsheet. If there are any modifications made to the spreadsheet, the integration would break and cannot send the submission data to the form. Could you try to reintegrate Google spreadsheet to your form and see if that helps? If the issue still persists, please get back to us with the Form ID/URL so that we can assist you further.
