How can I switch my log-in method from "Log-in with Google" to "Signing up an account with my Google Email address and Password"?

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to concern whether it is possible to switch my account log-in method from "Log-in with Google" to be signing up an account with my Google email address and create a new password for it?Yours faithfully,Darren

    Hi Daren,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, you can disconnect Login with Google and set up Sign in using email and password in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how: 

    • Login Jotform account, click on your Profile Picture/Avatar in the top right corner & click on Settings.

    • Choose Security from the left side menu.

    • Click Unlink account, if you want to stop using Login with Google.

    • Jotform will email to set up password for your account.

    •  Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Set New Password.

    Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thank you for getting back to me. As my account is a paid account, I would also like to know whether such changes would affect my account payment?

    Hi Darren,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Please note, enabling login to your account with the email and password will not affect any other aspects associated with your account. This includes, but is not limited to, your subscription plan, forms, data within your account, and any other settings you have configured.
