Form not submitting

Hi Michelle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked your form, and it seems that you haven't added a submit button yet to your form. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
2. Under Basic, scroll down to see Submit.
3. Drag and drop it onto the bottom of the form's last page.
