I am attempting to pre-populate fields on this form: https://form.jotformpro.com/72183998729981.

I need to pre-populate the radio buttons for different courses. Is it the collapse function that I'm using that's breaking the pre-populate links, or the long field values with spaces and other punctuation?

Are you unable to pre-populate the radio button fields?

Have you tried to pre-populate the form with our app http://prepopulate.jotform.io/?

You will need to set Section Visibility for the Section Collapse fields to Visible to be able to see and pre-populate all fields with this app.

When you create the pre-populate link, you can change Section Visibility back to Hidden.

Here is the pre-populated URL of my cloned form:

    https://secure.jotformpro.com/72185178749975?typeA[2]=true&selectA[2]=true&selectA17[2]=true&selectA20[2]=true

    Hope this will help.

I see what i was doing wrong now, thank you. Do you know if there is a way to expand the collapsed section through URL as well?

    thanks

Unforutnately, it is not possible to expand the collapsed section since the Collapse tool works based on CSS. If you need to show the fields in a collapsed section, you may consider setting it to Visible from the field properties.

    Hope this information helps!
