i want to rechanging the file size limit

You can change the file upload size limit in the "Options" tab. Here's how:

In the Form Builder, click the File Upload field and then click the "Properties" button. Go to the "Options" tab and then turn on the "Limit File Size" option. After that, please set a maximum value in KB.
